Shipping policy

Please allow 2-5 days to process your order. We inspect, pack, and ship every Playmat order by hand ourselves. 

Shirt Orders:
Shirt orders are done in batches. It can take up to 2-3 weeks to print them. This is done by hand in Canada so it takes time.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We offer international shipping to the following countries: Canada, New Zealand, Australia, United Kingdom, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland.

DUTIES
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Dark Rituals is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer. For your reference, our Playmats currently ship out from Canada, and our tees ship out from the US.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at shopdarkrituals@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
