Shipping policy

DUTIES
All orders arrive DDP (Delivered Duties Paid). There shouldn't be any additional tariffs or duties on your order since we paid for it not to. 

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 15 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. You are responsible for shipping it back to us at your own cost in Canada. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at shopdarkrituals@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition and we will make it right.
